For Art Journal Journey I have a little Christmas collage:
I went into the Basilica and took photos of the manger as it is now, the baby is not yet in the crib, but everything and everybody are ready and waiting....
The shops and houses here are mostly decorated very simply:
Have a wonderful time, take care, and see you again on Saturday - I am taking a day off on Friday!

I am in awe of the collage. It is beautiful. I was also enthralled by the manger and how different it looked from two or three days ago. It is beautiful and I was delighted you took photos.
ReplyDeleteI love simple. Sometimes I think we overdo things. I know I sure do at Christmas. I adore the decorations you shared because they speak more of the season and less of commercialism than in the US.

Gorgeous photos today. The manger is beautiful. I think those figures must be carved from from woods. And I LOVE your art piece. You look awful cute with Santa! Hugs.
