Weekend Post

Hi Everybody!

It's weekend, enjoy!

Today I am sharing another of my pastel portraits. Sorry for the poor photos, I've been having problems with my smartphone, I need a new one!

The text written along the flowers is ' Bloom, grow and be proud of yourself.'
This was the 2nd one I made, and is relative similar to the first one. The more  I make the more they change!

Some thinkies / funnies!

Sorry if there are some repeats here, as I said, my phone is rather crazy today. Hope I soon have a new one!

Have a great weekend, take care,
And thanks a lot for coming by!

    1. Thanks Aimeslee, glad you like her. Here it is very cold, with frost and ice, so I'm staying home and having a play day, I do not want to slip on the ice again and break something! Hope you are feeling well, and that Arthur is not annoying you to muc h. Hugs!

  2. Hi Val, good morning, hope you slept well. It's cold and chilly here, it seems to be a nasty weather just now. Love your new lady, they all look as if they know something that we don't. Have a lovely weekend, we are all gathering at Leah's today. Big hugs, Sarah

  3. As always, your new lady is very appealing, and mysterious, and beguiling, and delights the eye of everyone who sees her. But today, Valerie, I do not have time to tarry. I have to be out of the house and on my way. Until the next time, hugs and kisses - David

  6. I'm loving this face Valerie. One day I really need to practice with faces-but they scare me sometimes. :) I love how yours feels like summer, and those colored circles are great. And the Indian legend about animals deciding if we can get into heaven is great. I haven't heard that but I hope to see all of mine again someday. Have a great weekend. I hope you get some relaxing, art and and walking time. hugs-Erika

    1. Faces are scary. I have a few that I started and can't finish because they are so scary, but these spring and summer ladies are hopefully harmless- I have plenty of art time, but no walkies over the weekend, it's frosty and icy outside, and I do not want to fall and injure myself, I have enough already! But reading, art and perhaps baking a cake? Sounds good, huh!? Happy weekend, hugs, Valerie

  10. Thanks for blogging Valerie, it's a pleasure to come by and see what you have for us. I love the pastel art work. What beautiful colours you put together and what a beautiful lady you have for us.
Must say the kitten funnies are the cutest, I love the first one especially. Saying that, I think it is a sloth that is there and it is so cute.
I just hope all the flies I have killed along the way and spiders I have paut dowen the toilet don't wait for me on any bridge.
    Hugs, and you take care
