Hi Everybody!
For Elizabeth's Summertime love theme at Art Journal Journey I
have one more digital piece, using elements from Mischief Circus:
I made this large door hanger recently. It was painted white and then
collaged with paper napkins. I added some tissue tape. The tea pot and cup
were painted with lilac acrylic paint, and decorated with some hand
doodling and a butterfly transfer. I added lots of coordinating
flowers and a butterfly:
I am linking to Simon Monday challenge, shape it, and creative artiste,
anything goes
Today I am sharing the last photos from the Botanical Gardens and Süd Park:
This Heron was spending the day fishing:
The little moor hens were busy playing and splashing around in
the water just like small kids - they were my faves:
Are my feet too large?
I will definitely visit these gardens again!
Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
Gorgeous bottle tag, I love it ;O)) and all the rest my friend ;O)) as always you are so so creative ;O))

I very much love both pieces, the first is so beautiful with the feathers and flowers and the teapot piece is lovely. Your photos are adorable too, the splashing birds are so cute.
ReplyDeleteOh WOW! Your altered tea hanger is absolutely beautiful! You are so creative and I just love your colors and layering here. Hugs, Autumn
ReplyDeleteThis is another wonderful post from start to finish. Your journal page and the door hanger are both exquisite, love the embellishments you used. The photos are superb, great how you caught those splashing baby ducks. Sleep well, hugs Sarah
ReplyDeleteBeautiful digital piece and a wonderful door hanger today. The gardens are so lovely complete with wildlife.
ReplyDeleteI was so impressed with the Summer Madonna. That's not a topic I would ever have considered, and it was fun to see that you chose it for Art Journal Journey.
ReplyDeleteYour tea tag is gorgeous. Although not nearly as lovely as yours, your tag reminds me of my T badge. Again, yours is far more feminine and beautiful.
I'll be sad to see the last of these Botanical Garden and Zud Park photos. They are truly lovely and show the unique places that are so very different from anyplace I have ever been. Thanks, too for sharing your journal page with us at Art Journal Journey today. You are on a roll!
Lovely pieces Valerie, both very pretty and delicate. Your photo's are fab, those fluffy moorhens are so sweet, all they all looked to be enjoying a cool down! Have a fun week, Sue xx

Such a beautiful garden. I love your tag. The tea cups are fabulous. And how clever to fill them with flowers. I happen to be drawn to anything 'tea' related.

That bird has HUGE feet. It makes him a big comical but still pretty cute. Your summer page is magical. Like a garden goddess. And your door hanger is ready for a T party. Nice piece Valerie. Looks like you've been enjoying your summer so far. :) Hugs-Erika

OMG, I love that door hanger. If those were for sale in a boutique they'd go like hot cakes. I'd be first in line:)
ReplyDeleteThe park, flora and fowl.....wondrous.

Hugs,
It is a fabulous journal page and the tag for the dorr is fantastic. I really liked how you had flowers in the tea cup.

What a fabulous journal page! I love how you decorated the door hanger too! The photos are, as ever, wonderful! It is so good to see the places you visit! Hugs, Chrisx
ReplyDeleteThose feet fascinate me! No webs, like ducks, yet it looks like a duck. Oh, I wonder what kind it is -- and how it paddles? Or is it a bird? A mystery!
ReplyDeleteLove the art today and especially the door thing. I think I am going to make some of those for my November sale. I have a template and am going to play with them in watercolor this summer and maybe some collage too. We'll see!
What a fabulous door hanger, this is so pretty and full of so much gorgeous detail! Thank you so much for sharing and for playing along with us over on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog... x
