Weekend Post

Hi Everybody!

I am so angry with this continued bombing and killing in the Ukraine. I hope that these poor people get some help soon, the situation is so awful.

This is just a short post, I am still totally exhausted. I am sharing a digital piece today. The background is one of my photos, the addition are from Serif, Mischief Circus and Gecko Galz. I am linking to my spring challenge at AJJ:

Have a great weekend, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

  1. They need some of that magic in Ukraine. Let's hope all of these sanctions against Russia cause a change of leadership from within soon. Very soon. It's time to move into the present and not a time with a former KGB agent in charge. And I also love your magic page. Spring is magic, isn't it? Have a lovely and restful weekend dear Valerie. 3. I am going to have a very busy weekend, Valerie, so let me leave a quick comment now. Ukraine is hardly ever out of my thoughts and I am very sad. I am also disappointed that NATO keeps making excuses not to enforce a no-fly zone or at the very least protect the humanitarian corridors. We have done much, but the fact remains that Putin can continue to rain down bombs at will. The fact that one of the oligarchs can't sail his luxury yacht does little for the people being killed every day. Hugs and kisses, David

  7. I wish you felt better, Valerie. Regardless, your art is pure joy and beautiful. I love the fairy and the background, too. Thanks for another great entry for your theme at AJJ, dear. I think I'm more hurt than angry. I don't understand why the world is sitting back and letting Putin get away with his crap.

  12. Beautiful art pages Valerie and I was sorry to read that you are not feeling so good, hope today will be a better day.
There is so much sadness in Europe and we all feel so deeply at what is happening in the Ukraine. We can only hope that it will go well for them soon and the powers that run our countries will find a compromise between talking and actions.
    Stay safe.

  18. Another beautiful page heralding Spring, your chosen theme for the AJJ challenge.
Yes, it is heartbreaking and difficult to watch what the poor Ukrainians are going through. Young boys of 18 years having three days training in warfare and going out to defend their city/country. How do those fleeing women feel? I just cannot think about it.

I trust your exhaustion is a sign the therapy is challenging but not an indication you're being too stressed. Hope all is well.
