Hi Everybody!
Here's wishing us all a good, new week.
This evening we will be celebrating Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday link party, so here a warm welcome to all of the nice ladies of the T Gang who visit here. I have made a journal page, also meant for my anything goes challenge at AJJ, and of course it is all about coffee. The mug and coffee pot were die-cut from photos taken of sunrise as seen from my balcony :
And a nice cup of tea for the tea-drinkers, enjoy!
And so that nobody stays hungry or thirsty I have some more food and drinks:
Lino cuts / prints
Summer meals:
and thanks a lot for coming by!
Very clever of you to use your photo of your sunrise on the vessels. Love all that delicious food and drinks.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I love playing around and experimenting.
DeleteHi Val, good afternoon! That's a very clever page, I'm wondering how to get sunrise into a coffee pot! Lots of tempting food and drink, too. Have a nice evening! Hugs, Sarah

Yesssssssssss, I'm tallented!
DeleteWell I just ate dinner and now I want dessert. LOL What lovely art and so many yummy photos. I really like the Pollok photo, the lady holding the coffee. Have a nice evening, Valerie.
ReplyDeletePollok is a cafe in Duisburg, a nice place to be!
DeleteThis is a yummy post. I certainly could feel thirsty or hungry after reading it. Good thing I just had dinner-smile. It's fun to see all the art, including the page where you die cut your cut and coffee pot. I like how you used a photo to die cut them from. Have a wonderful T day. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThanks Erika, glad you have already eaten! Happy T Day!
DeleteAll the food looks yummy, especially the Greek cakes. I love you die cut coffee pot and cup from the sunrise photos! Just beautifully done. Happy T Day.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sharon, have a great week!
DeleteYour coffee in the tea pot would make a wonderful advertisement for a coffee company. The teacup is lovely, too. Something for everyone. A perfect hostess as no one is going hungry or thirsty at your party. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteThis is possibly the first and last time in my life that I have been called a perfect hostess! Happy T Day!
DeleteOh my gosh, this post is full of yummy drinks and food! I want to make that cashew salad - looks so good! Love your coffee art - what a great idea to cut the coffee images out of pictures you took. Super creative and fun. Happy T-day, Valerie. Hugz
ReplyDeleteI love those summer salads, quick, easy and delicious! Hugs!
DeleteNow this is why I follow your blog, Valerie. I learn new things. Who knew that T stands for coffee? I thought T was for toffee, and C was for coffee, but I stand corrected! Those Greek cakes look delicious, but they remind me of sushi rolls which are also delicious, and which I would eat right now if I had them. That sandwich looks scrumptious too, with its accompaniment of peppers and other fresh ingredients. The bread especially looks like something I would really enjoy. In fact everything you feature looks good including those delicious summer meals. All of this makes me long for warm summer days on the patio, eating al fresco. Won't be long! Hugs and kisses - David
ReplyDeleteWell, you surprise me! Do you have other rules for writing in Canada?. None of the ladies from T Day. have problems with it! I love a nice sandwich with 'a bit on the side' for lunch - quick and dellicious. Summer will come, and then we can start complaining that it's too hot! We get wonderful bread here in Germany, and there are still people who prefer white sandwich bread! Have a great day, take care, hugs! xxxx
DeleteOh my god! Now I my tummy us growling for something to eat. LOL. There isn't one thing on this post that does not make me hungry. I do the cooking in this house. My DW tells me she would rather eat what I cook than dine out. I do love food and black coffee. Love the post and always love the artwork.
ReplyDeleteHugs and Blessings
Thanks Jim, you seem to be a man of many talents if you can cook, too, well done! I must confess I'm lazy at cooking, salads and sandwiches are easier!
DeleteNow I'm hungry! Your food looks delicious, Valerie, and so do the drinks. I take a cup of good coffee anytime. The Greek cakes remind me of Turkish Delight that I had in Istanbul. I have been craving fresh, summer-ripe tomatoes for some time now and I look forward to them. Even here in our region spring is at least two weeks late, but there are sure signs of it everywhere. Beautiful art, I like the idea of cutting from sunset/sunrise photos.
ReplyDeleteGreek and Turkish food is good, and we have lots of Greek and Turkish restaurants here, which is always good. Spring was here, but now it's cold again.
DeleteWhat a great idea to use those die cuts on a sunset photo Valerie!!LOVE it! Something about stacked tea cups just 'gets' me every time!! Happy T day! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb, have a great week! Hugs!
DeleteI especially like your lino cuts. Your summer meals look very refreshing.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lin. I used to love making lino cuts.
DeleteThose cakes from your friend do look dellish AND that chocolate ice cream cone looks so very luscious.Hugs
ReplyDeleteThanks. That's my very favouritest ice cream ever as my baby would have said!
DeleteNow you have made me hungry by showing all those yummy things.
ReplyDeleteLovely artwork as always.
Happy T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca
