DeleteGood morning Valerie: Better be careful on these misty, foggy mornings, walking alone. You might trip in your funky shoes or the forest trolls might be out and about. Actually I don't think they are really trolls, just friendly spirits of the forest who have scared a couple of humans and gotten a bad name. I can think of humans who could scare the trolls! It is neither misty nor foggy here and everywhere is white with snow. We are back in lockdown again and I have an appointment with my optometrist, so we'll see how that goes. I suspect I will feel that I am entering the Twilight Zone! I have to call them from the parking lot to announce my arrival and they will then come out to get me! So T will mean a Terrific Tuesday for me. I will get proper glasses after my cataract surgery, and will be able to dispense with the drug store reading glasses I have been using. Had a great chat with friends in Australia last evening. Modern technology is amazing. I remember when international telephone calls had to be booked in advance and were expensive. Now it doesn't cost a penny and it's in living colour! Until tomorrow, best wishes, best kisses, hugs, embraces, squeezes, high fives, toasts and tributes - and have a great day! David
ReplyDeleteGood morning David. I love being out in the early morning with weather like this. I don't think it's dangerous, haven't met any trolls up till now, it's mostly just sleeps humans being walked by their dogs....We might be getting some snow, too, but I do prefer mist and fog! Good luck at the optometrists, you will be able to see EVERYTHING when you get your new glasses, and spot sparrows like a hawk! Glad you enjoyed your video chat with friends last night, telecommunications are much easier and cheaper today, which is good! Thanks for all the hugs, embraces and kisses, much appreciated! DeleteWonderful tag. Thinking ahead when we can freely and safely go out unmasked to a favorite cafe and have a cuppa and a treat. The mist makes the photos look so ethereal. Take care.

DeleteYour bingo and coffee inspired tag is wonderful. I really enjoyed seeing it, as well as your misty photos. For some reason, I didn't realize you would be leaving the clinic each morning for a walk. Your icy photos are chilling, yet beautiful.

The spider web is really amazing that it survived the frost (though they do say web material is really strong) and I love the group walking along the foggy path. Hope your days are going well. DeleteThese big sculptures make such a striking impact! Misty/frosty images always seem to me to have an atmospheric quality I don't see in hot/sunny photos. Cool!
