Hi Everybody!
Today is the shortest day and the longest night of the year, but from tomorrow the days will start getting longer, and that is really something to look forward to!

For Art Journal Journey I have another scrap collage. I used scraps of red, orange and gold papers - some hand-painted ones, some with gold, some cut from an old ledger, mixed with some pieces of ribbon. The background is Kraft paper, painted with gesso.
And I have another Christmas card, which I am liking to Moo Mania and More:
The image is from Gecko Galz,, the shaker was made from die cuts, and the sentiment and BG paper from my stash
Today started off quite well, but got cloudier, windier and wetter as the day progressed.
Some of today's visitors. The robin is still the boss, and the female blackbird bosses the male around!

Eine so tolle Collage wieder... ich finde es so dekorativ auf dem Kraftpapier und mit den Nähten..ich glaub im nächsten Jahr muss ich sowas auch mal probieren...
Deine Katrte ist ja wohl der Überhammer! Mit dem kleinen Schüttelteil, soogar das hast DU selbst gemacht?! Wunderbar!
Die Himmelsfotos sind so schön- so besondere Farben und Deine Vögelchen gefallen mir immer - aber das weisst Du ja!

ReplyDeleteLovely post Valerie... love your birds photographs. In our garden this morning we had sparrows in the bird bath.... so sweet :) We used to have lots of sparrows over here not so any more :(

Good to see your birds, our birds have disappeared, maybe gone on their winter break.
I don't know - perhaps they remembered it from last year!? The birds here are still coming, my balcony is cleaned out after a couple of hours.
