Hi Everybody!
Just a short post today, my fingers are very bad, so there will be more photos than words!
For my doors theme at AJJ - the call of the wild:
An A3 painting inspired by Effi Wild:
I am also linking to Paint Party Friday!
A look back to some snowy scenes in 2012:
Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
Hi Val, good morning! Sorry your fingers are playing up again, look after yourself! Love our beautiful art and the photos! Here all is well, and S. is being very good at not Scratching the stitches on her foot! Take care of yourself, and rest your fingers. Hugs from us all, Sarah
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot, take care!
DeleteGood morning, Valerie: I am truly sorry to hear that your fingers are especially bad today. I think it's hard for anyone else to imagine what you have to contend with every day. It must be difficult to even summon the mental fortitude to create a post for your blog. I swear that anyone who reads about your problems will never again whine and complain about little aches and pains. In the meantime you continue to create these formidable women for us to admire. I think that collectively they will be called Valerie's Vamps, and a couple of them could easily have been David's Desires! I will be seeing Lily and Heather later this morning. I will give Lily a kiss from you. Her latest word is a booming "Hallo" which she seems to take special delight in saying! Listen up fingers, get better! You've tormented Valerie enough. Hugs and kisses. David
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot, take care!
DeleteLove that blue in Call of the Wild and the woman reminds me of a society lady. I'll skip the snow pictures. We got a dusting of snow last night. đżI hope you feel better.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot, take care!
DeleteI love both your pieces today Valerie. Call of the Wild is an amazing idea for a page. It is always so much fun to see how people roll with a challenge, and this is something I would not have thought of. And your lady looks like has a lot of strength and power. That is also a wonderful piece. I really like the flower you added to her hair. Hope your fingers feel better as the day goes on. Hugs-Erika

Beautiful photos today, too, but really chilling. It's supposed to turn cold here today, which is sad, since I have to go to the bank. But thankfully there will be no snow, at least not where I live. Have a super weekend, dear and thanks for this beauty you have given us for AJJ using your theme.
Thanks Elizabeth, keep warm!
