Hi Everybody!
Rain's theme this week is 'a face on an object'.
First I am showing some 'fun' pictures made some 10 years back:
And I never did like tea....
This is more to my taste:
These Photos were taken last year, where I photographed myself reflected in various things in town - here in shop windows, so I seem to be part of the object:
I'm the one wearing clothes:
Here I took photos in one of the mirrored sort-of-pyramids in front of the Daniel Liebeskind building here:
And I put together a few pics in my graphics programme yesterday:
That's all for today!
Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
Great faces art Valerie, nice to see you in the art work too. The reflections pictures are great and I love the orange man one, not so much the man but the idea behind it 😁😁

ReplyDeleteYes, his face, person, character etc is really not pretty. I just hope he does not get voted in again. Have a nice day!
DeleteFrom your fingers to Gawd's eyes!
DeleteAmen, sister!
DeleteTerrific pics of you about town, and other facial art examples. ~ Creative & fun!
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen. Have a wonderful day!
DeleteGood morning Valerie, Supreme Leader of Balconia-by-the-Rhine. Che Guevara is perhaps the most recognizable face in all the world. I have seen his image in more countries that I can recall. The other prominent Argentinian on the world stage today is Pope Francis, but he hardly has the recognition of Che. Not the charm. Nor the cachet. Nice to have these reflected images of you, but we deserve a full-on photograph which we will all convert to posters and have mounted in our homes. Perhaps alongside Che. Have Nathalie take care of that without delay, please. Have a great day. David.
ReplyDeleteHi David. Back in the 60s Che was a hero for many young people, and his face was plastered all over our student union buildings at the university - in the classrooms he was not allowed! Yes, Pope Francis has a lot of competition there. And anybody who wants a full-size mounted pic of me in his home should please see a psychiatrist! Anyway, none of you could afford my prices! Have fun!
DeleteHi Valerie great post ,love the pic of reflections in the Windows ,Thankyou for sharing these with us,take care and stay safe my friend xx

DeleteValerie you are so clever with your digtal art it's one thing I can not get my head around. A reflection is definitely the way I'd have gone with Rain's TAD. Really love that paper skirt, the hieroglyphic piece is my fav, I was surprised when Trump popped up... he'd look so much better with a big flower in his hair haa haa!! Hugs Tracey xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Tracey. I love digital art because you can play without making a mess! And Trump would look better with a bucket over his head! Have a fun day!
DeleteMy goodness, many faces and most of them yours ... you did a wonderful job all except the orange man who I could do without ... the artwork is good, but he isn't. Always love your work, Valerie ... stay well :)
ReplyDeleteAndrea @ From The Sol
Thanks! We could all do well without the Orange man, t just hope and pray he will not be voted in again!

DeleteHi Valerie :)) I love your face on everything!!! Especially the lemon tea and the newspaper art! The mirrored photos are fun, the last one made me laugh, reminds me of the Haunted Houses at the amusement parks! You look so pretty about to be "beamed up"!! Great photos! Very original! :)
ReplyDeleteNow that's a compliment my photo reminding you of haunted houses! But I know what you mean! Perhaps I can get a job as monster if I'm getting short of cash....Have a great week!
DeleteLOL Valerie...you know what I meant about the mirrors! :)
