Hi Everybody!
On Tuesday we are starting a new challenge at TIOT -
-circles-
As always, projects of all formats are allowed,
and you have 2 weeks to link to us.
I made a digital piece using elements from Mischief Circus. I
kept it simple - for a change - and quite like the look
I achieved, with the circles being a defining part
of the composition. I am also linking to Elke's lovely 'landscapes
of the soul' challenge at Art Journal Journey:

Today is also Elizabeth's T stands for Tuesday, so here a
warm welcome to all of the ladies of the T Gang. Last week
when I was out and about with G we visited a little
garden restaurant in Südpark. I chose a warm apple strudel,
and enjoyed every bite after the long walk - it was as
delicious as it looks:
And a pot of coffee revived me:
And here are some more photos from our walk:
Where's my strudel?
Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
Beautiful post filled with amazing autumnal wonders!

ReplyDeleteLife DOES go around in circles, doesn't it? Oh, Valerie -- could I just jump into that photo and take a bite or two of your strudel? It looks fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI like the clean lines of your page. The strudel looks amazing and is so beautifully plated. I'm with the duck, though. Wo ist mein Strudel? =^,.^=

ReplyDeleteLooks like autumn has come to your neck of the woods. Amazing photos and artwork, Val!
Lieben Gr8uss Elke
I like the effect of the circles too! The strudel looks so good and I enjoyed the walk through the park with the stunning flowers.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful entry for both AJJ and TioT. I love how you defined the circles and used them as a defining feature.
ReplyDeleteWOW. I'm not much of an apple fan, but that strudel looks wonderful. My mouth was really watering after I saw that. I'm also a big fan of cinnamon, and it looks like they were generous with it on the plate. Is that chocolate drizzled over the top? It was odd seeing you drink coffee instead of cappuccino, but it certainly looks good to me.
Your photos are wonderful. I adore the duck and the autumn feel to all these photos. I'm so glad you took so many photos of this beautiful place.
Thanks for sharing your art, your gorgeous photos, your apple strudel, and your coffee with us for T this almost Tuesday.
The pictures from your walk look lovely and that warm apple strudel looks SO delicious. Perfect for a fall day. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job with your artwork too. Life does go round in circles!

A fabulous page Valerie, I love how you added the circles and the how they drew me in to the page. The words were lovely as well.
ReplyDeleteThe photos looked amazing, the colours look gorgeous at this time of the year.
I would say yes please to a slice of the strudel, I think it looked delicious, so pleased you enjoyed your walk.
Happy T day wishes.

Very clever spin on the circles theme, Valerie. Love the girls and old rusted car. apple Strudel is my all-time favorite dessert. Fall has certainly arrived in your part of the world with all its glorious colors. I wonder how you got so close to the ducks ... or maybe you zoomed in. In either class, they're charming photos.
ReplyDeleteHappy T-day! Hugs, Eileen
The ducks aren't shy, they don't mind people taking photos. You just need to keep still or move slowly. They did try to eat my shoelaces, though!
