2nd on the 2nd - a blast from the past

Hi Everybody!

Today it's Elizabeth's '2nd on the 2nd' where we re-show
a post made previously.
This mixed media and collaged canvas, 30" square, was made in 2015,
and is one I like very much. I wanted to give the feeling of
autumn leaves,
first frost etc.

The photos are all from 2015, too:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

  1. There was a definite feeling of autumn in both your art and photos you shared from 2015. That was a large canvas, and I really liked the deep, rich colors, as well as the bird (raven?).

It was great to look back on those photos and see how much your area has changed or stayed the same. Seems it's basically the same, with the exception of many, many falling leaves.

Thanks for sharing this look back at autumn 2015 with us as your second look on the 2nd.

    1. There's a new, higher railing along the Rhine but that's about all that's changed!

Very beautiful photographs with a beautiful walk. Lots of shapes, colours and texture in that as well. I can see you must get lots of ideas for your art from your walks.

    Big Hugs
