Hi everybody, here's wishing you a good week. Hope you have all enjoyed your weekend. I have spent my time doing lots of crafting to get my mind off other things. I made three French themed postcards, using ephemera, vintage images, tissue tape, Inka gold, stamping and crackle varnishing, and lots of sticky fingers!
The three 'backsides' are all more or less the same
And here are some envelopes, large and small, waiting to be sent out into the world!. Hope they get to my *winners* soon.
.
And as it's Monday, a joke from Narda to send us laughing into the week:
My trip to the
store
There was a bit of confusion at
the store this morning. When I was
Ready to pay for my groceries,
the cashier said, "Strip down facing me."
Making a mental note to complain
to my congressman about Homeland
Security running amok, I did just
as she had instructed.
When the hysterical shrieking and
alarms finally subsided, I found
Out that she was referring to my
credit card.
I have been asked to shop
elsewhere in the future.
They need to make their
instructions to us seniors a little clearer!
Okay, that was it for today. Have a good day, take care and thanks for visiting.
Ha Ha... thanks for that Val... always good to have a laugh... your postcards are divine... I love those images... and your envelopes are gorgeous...
