Hi Everybody!
Winter seems to have arrived here, and it's cold and frosty. Well, I can at least wear my warm jackets and boots again, the time for sneakers and shorts has gone. And there's not much small talk as I haven't done anything worth mentioning! This evening we will be celebrating Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday Link Party, so here a warm welcome to all of the nice ladies who visit here. Today I have combined Jo's snowy winter theme at AJJ with a cup of coffee for T Day:

DeleteA cup of coffee and a snowy day work together perfectly. I love the city street view and that girl next to the cup of coffee looks pretty excited to have it. Great way to show you and your friend going for a walk. I hope it was a good one. Happy new week and happy T day too. hugs-Erika

DeleteI like your artwork today, Valerie. There's something quite satisfying about pulling out all our winter clothing, isn't there? The freedom of shorts and sneakers, it's good in the summer, but there's something comforting about our winter clothes. Hugs. Deb.

DeleteIt is cold here too, Valerie, as you might imagine, and we too will be dressed accordingly. Lots of layers are the key so that one or two can be removed if necessary. Walking builds up heat. We will actually be out and about all day today as we head into Toronto and work our way back along the shore of Lake Ontario. I am sure we will have a great day's birding and come home refreshed and excited. Last evening we had a casserole for dinner so there is enough left for tonight and we don't have to start cooking after a full day's outing. And we have one good day's weather sandwiched between a couple of crappy ones too. I'd better be sure not to have a giant cup of coffee like the one you show or we'll never get beyond the washrooms!
