Happy Easter

Hi Everybody!
Here's wishing you all a happy Easter / Passover / Ramadan or just a happy weekend. I am sharing some of my  Easter paintings and spring photos, enjoy!
I am taking a little break over the weekend, I need to rest! My next blog will be on Monday.

      Thanks Elizabeth! Bunnies and tulips speak easter to me! It used to be possible to pick up those lovely vases at flea markets for just an Euro or so, in the meantime the cost a fortune! Happy Easter to you and your boys!

    I can see that you need to rest, Valerie, since you have become the Social Butterfly of Balconia - fluttering hither and yon, dining out, hobnobbing with that other gadfly, Heike, sampling the fare at the fine restaurants of your area. In addition you are creating crafts, journal pages, tags and so forth for a hundred challenges a week, T-days, Mondays on Tuesdays, Anything Goes - and on and on. Gotta paint here, snip there, paste, trim, attach, insert, devise, execute, photograph, submit. I am exhausted just writing about it. I will need a rest too! I must say that you have a selection of lovely vases. I would be very happy to have any of them and they certainly add charm and beauty to your home. Enjoy the weekend. See you on Monday.       Thanks, dear David! Yes, lateely I have been flitting about quite a lot. perhaps the sausages are to blame that I am so tired! I alwas tr too much, and then I start feeling bad again and need to rest! And at the moment I have the threat of the oral surgeon hanging over me! Glad you like my vases. I used to get them very cheaply from fleamarkets, but these days they are highly sought after and very expensive.Thia morning a little Meise was sitting in the tree when I opened my window. I whistled, and he whistled back. We did this several times, it was lovely! I wish you and Miriam a happy weekend, happy Easter, happy birding etc etc! Big hugs xxxx

    Two delightful paintings. I must say that I think your Easter Bunny in the teacup is beautifully painted. Such realistic execution, The second one is rather cute with the flowers in hand and both sum up a lovely picture of Easter.
