Monday / Tuesday Post

Hi Everybody!

Hope you are all well and fit, and have a good December. The month has begun very cold and damp, but it is as it is, that's something we can't change.  I'm sorry I have been missing again, life isn't easy just now. I'm starting with some of my fave art pieces:

Just before sunset:

Stormy weather:

Some funnies:

We had some real winter weather, too:

This evening Elizabeth''s T sTands for Tuesday drink party will be starting, so I have some coffee for you:

This one is my favourites, it's on the wall next to my coffee machine :

And another funny to close:

Have a great week, take care,
And thanks a lot for coming by!

  2. Lovely art. My favorite photos are the contrails. I could do without the snow pictures though we may be getting our fist taste of a Wintry mix on Thursday. I hope you are feeling better.

  3. We all experience hardship, don't we? Especially David, who can barely walk. Anyway, love your photos. Germany is much too cold for me. Hawaii is warm and inviting.

  7. I understand missing. If I hadn't already written some of my travel posts, I'd be missing, too. But I'm sorry that the reason for it most likely isn't jolly fun and loads of happy partying or never-ending art practice! Our weather turned very cold and snow, too. I love seeing your art and the pretty photos of your snow. It was especially nice to see this post in my feed today!

  13. I'm sorry to read things haven't been easy lately. It's been cold and chilly here lately too, welcome winter, right. I love seeing your photos though, and all that art. Those sky views are amazing. You're lucky to see some sky and not just building views. I hope you have a wonderful T day, and a good week too. Thinking of you and sending some good energy your way too. Happy T day. hugs-Erika

  15. I love the art you shared. I am just sad that your life isn't easy. I can empathize. I especially love the da Vinci with the feathers and the sewing.

I agree. More espresso, less depresso. That is a great painting. Thanks for sharing these wonderful drinks with us for T this Tuesday. I LOVE the funnies. The walkie talkie and the Aldi kings men were hilarious!!

  16. I am sure you know, Valerie, that I was very happy to see your blog post appear in my feed. You had, at the very least, a bit of a respite from your miseries to summon the strength and resolve to do this. Your photographs are quite lovely in their winterness (did I just invent a word?) and I am assuming that you took them through your windows. A walk in that sort of weather would probably not be the best thing right now! Later this month we will experience the winter solstice and then it will be upwards and onwards towards spring. I hope that by then you will be feeling a great deal better and we will be able to enjoy pleasant walks together - you in actuality, me vicariously, but together in spirit. With my best wishes and zillions of hugs and kisses and squeezes and smooches - David
