T sTands for Tuesday on Monday

Hi Everybody!

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and had fun with family and friends. I stayed home today, (Sunday), got a lot of rest, had some time for crafting and reading, and just enjoyed a lazy weekend. Today there are lots of coffee-related pieces, as this evening we begin celebrating Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday drink party:

This man evidently hasn't yet had his coffee:

I think David might remember this piece showing the birds of Bastelmania by the Rhine:

And I took these photos through my window yesterday afternoon  as the light began to fade:

Have a great, new week, take care,
And thanks a lot for coming by!

  3. For anyone who had any doubts, Valerie, I think it’s safe to conclude that you like coffee! We too are coffee lovers (I have a cup right now) but I am shocked at the price these days. It seems that every time I buy it, it is more expensive. Wine seems to have increased in price too. What’s a poor guy to do? These are the basic commodities of life! You have been enjoying some beautiful skies, I see, and you had the foresight to take pictures. Somehow, I think that our cameras have a built-in resistance to being pointed skyward! With a bird in front of me it’s hard to think of other things! I hope that your health is improving, or at the very least not regressing. Stay warm. Hugs and kisses - David

    1. I went shopping with Andreas - my helper - today, and saw that coffee was on offer for 17 Euro. Usually you get a really good coffee for 12. I am well stocked up, but the thought of coffee costing so much is very sobering! Have a good week, stay warm and fit. hugs, Valerie

  6. I used to drink coffee and tea. But, I have been having trouble with my heart, so I now avoid all caffeine. I don't even drink decaf, as it contains caffeine.
