Hi Everybody!
Hope you all had a great weekend! I was able to have a nice walk with a friend on Sunday, and it was good to be out and about again.
This evening we are starting a new challenge at Tag Tuesday. This time I am hosting, and the theme is ANYTHING GOES. Tags of all formats are very welcome, and as always you have 2 weeks to link to us. One of the tags on the blog is a coffee themed one, so I'm sharing it here, as from this evening we also celebrate Elizabeth's T sTands or Tuesday link party. And here a warm welcome to all of the nice ladies of the T Gang who visit here:
and thanks a lot for coming by!
That is the perfect tag and a nice tribute to Elizabeth. The horses are just beautiful. Nice that you were able to pet one. Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nicole. I love walking by the stables. Have a great week!
DeleteSuch a lovely tag.
ReplyDeletePleased you enjoyed a walk with a friend.
A great collection of photographs, always nice to see horses.
Enjoy the new week.
All the best Jan
Thanks Jan, I love to see the horses! Have a great week!
DeleteYour tag is so pretty, love it! I'm so glad to hear you were able to get out and about a bit. I always enjoy your photos too. Have a great evening Valerie. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteIt was lovely to get out, and it was good not to be walking alone. And I slept well after my walk, too. Have a great week!
DeleteAn absolutely love tag, my friend - and so colorful! I love the whimsy of it - I thought I had the wrong day when I saw Tuesday! Your walks are always so nice and the weather looks great! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kelly! No, you've got the right day! Have a wonderful week!
DeleteBeautiful tag, delicious tea and the photos today are lovely!
ReplyDeleteThanks Christine, it was great to get out again! Enjoy your week!
DeleteHi Val, good morning, have a great week. Love your beautiful tag, very snazzy. But I'm sure you're drinking coffee and not tea! We all had a good weekend, no bad surprises this time. Glad you were able to get out with your friend yesterday. Take care, and don't overdo things! Hugs from us all, Sarah
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah, glad you had a good weekend! Yes, my drink is always coffee, and I'm drinking a cup right now! Big hugs to you all!
DeleteI'm actually in love with your tag. I'm not normally a fan of pink, but I sure like the cup and saucer and the cupcake all in pink. And of course, I know your cup is holding the same as mine, which is coffee. My color is a bit lighter than on your tag, though. Thank you for sharing it and your cappuccinos with us for T this week. You have made me hungry for a cookie.
ReplyDeleteYou had some lovely photos from your walk, too, dear.
Thanks E. I'm not a pink fan either, but sometimes I just need bright colours! I have no cookies here today, if they walk into the house they get devoured!
DeleteBeautiful everything your tag is vibrant and lush....beautiful post... have another day surgery tomorrow so won't be around...x
ReplyDeleteThanks Annie, good luck with your surgery tomorrow, take care!
DeleteLove your tea time tag. We get Ritter Sport chocolate here sometimes, it's delicious but expensive, so an occasional treat. Good to see you out and about again. Hugs, Deb
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb! Ritter sport is usually about 1€ here, today it was on offer for 49 cents, guess who stocked up?! Have a good week!
DeleteWhat a gorgeous tag. I love it. So nice that you got to spend some time with a friend, enjoying nature.
ReplyDeletehugs & smiles,
Teresa
Thanks Teresa, it was good to be out again. Have a wonderful week!
DeleteNot being a cognoscento of the world of crafters and creators, I am unfamiliar with TSFT, but I am sure you will enlighten me, Valerie darling. However, I am totally in tune with coffee and pastries, and horses, and fungi and leaves and spring blooms. We see these things on our respective walks, and I am especially happy that you were ambling around outdoors with a friend. Nothing is quite as fine as a splendid companion to take full advantage of nature's beauty. This morning, doing something as mundane as taking the recycling to the kerb for the weekly pickup, a male House Finch was singing his heart out amid the newly emerging leaves of the American Linden tree in our front yard. How could you have a finer "Good Morning" than that? I hope that your cafés will soon be open so that you sip your cappuccino and nibble on biscotti there. Here in Ontario we are deep into the ravages of COVID phase 3, and it is getting worse not better. Take care, stay well, drink coffee (even wine if you get a chance), walk lightly, breathe deeply - enjoy LIFE! Hugs and kisses. David
ReplyDeleteHi David, TsfT means T stands for Tuesday, when a group of us share what we have done during the week and what we have been drinking. I just drink coffee, as you know, no wine or alcohol allowed because of my medication. Sad but true! Bird song is a great way to wake up, but here it's mostly the crows and magpies who wake me. Covid here is getting worse from day to day, it's scary. On Wednesday I am getting my first vaccination. Have a great day, take care! Hugs to you both!
ReplyDeleteYummy post - enjoyed the walk with your friend.
ReplyDeleteSandy xx
Thanks Sandy, we enjoyed it, too!
DeleteQuite an elegant tag. I'd enjoy a walk that included lovely flowers and the chance to pet a horse. Sweet! Happy T Day!
ReplyDeleteThanks, it was really nice!
DeleteYour tag is so pretty for T Day. You can have the coffee and I'll happily have all the treats. Looks like you had a nice day for a walk, too. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteOkay, that sounds like a good plan! Happy T Day!

DeleteSuch a pretty, pretty tea tag Valerie!! Glad you felt good enough to get out for a walk with a friend- lovely photos. Happy T day!
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda, glad you like the tag! Happy T Day!
DeleteBeautiful tag Valerie, love how colorful it is! Great walk photos, the tree fungus/mushrooms looks so cool, love the shapes. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Tammy
Thanks Tammy. I always like those tree fungi, but their not good for the trees! Have a great week!
DeleteSo glad to hear that you are up and about. Loving the photos from your walk. Lovely trees in bloom and the horses are handsome!
ReplyDeleteI love the teacup on your tag. Beautiful and perfect for tea day.
Happy Tea Day,
Kate
Thanks Kate. The horses are always handsome, I love watching them. Happy T Day!
DeleteNice tag for T day. I like this anything goes challenge as I have been inspired to make some random tags lately. Glad to hear you were able to go out and enjoy what looks like beautiful weather and certainly interesting scenery. Trees in bloom are always so pretty. Too bad they don't bloom for longer times. I hope you have a wonderful T day Valerie and happy new week. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThanks Erika. Yes, it's always sad that the blossoms disappear so quickly, but it's a beautiful sight. Happy T Day!
DeleteGood to see you getting out and photographing the spring blossoms and other signs of the season. Beautiful horses!
ReplyDeletebest... mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Thanks Mae! I always love the horses and like to watch them. Happy T Day!
DeleteBeautiful tag, love it. Looks like you had a wonderful day for a walk. Have a great day. Anesha x
ReplyDeleteThanks Anesha, we did indeed have good weather. And the sun is shining today!
DeleteI love your tag Valerie, so bright and cheerful. I'm so glad you managed to get out walking, and with a friend too, it makes all the difference doesn't it. I saw my sister at the weekend, it's the first time I've seen her in nine months and we had a lovely walk. The simple things mean everything at the moment! Take care and have a great week, Sue xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue, it's great not to be alone all the time. Covid has so many people in solitary confinement. I know it's necessary, but it's no fun! Glad you were able to see your sister again!
DeleteA beautiful tag Valerie, very pretty BG paper and cupcake. Hope you are well! Your coffee and cakes look delicious as usual, I used to love Ritter chocolate when we lived in Germany, usually the nut ones.
ReplyDeleteYour walk looks so lovely with the blossom, sunny too.
Have a lovely T Day
Jan S
Thanks Jan, that's a digital paper, so I can print it out any time. And who doesn't love Ritter sport choccie!? Happy T Day!
DeleteI always marvel at the pages cards and tags you post. This was no exception. Beautiful. Love the varied coffee servings. I am one of those people who let the waitress know when I walk in to the coffee shop "Coffee first, Talk after." Horses are always a special subject with me. Such noble animals. Stay safe and healthy.
ReplyDeleteGreat hugs and Blessings,
Jim
Thanks Jim. Your are so right, always coffee first! I'm looking forward to cafes opening again one day! I love horses, too!
DeleteThat tag is so pretty and the cupcake and tea cup are beautiful. Well done tag, Valerie. Love your treat pictures and the pictures from your walk. I love horses - I can see my neighbor's three all day out my window and they are such wonderful creatures (one is actually mine but she left us 5 years ago to live there instead - lol). Thinking of you and hoping for a quick recovery. Hugz
ReplyDeleteThanks. I often Just stand and watch the horses. I'm getting on well!
DeleteWhat a beautiful tag! Especially for T-Day. Elizabeth will be pleased (as am I).
ReplyDeleteIt's so good that you have been able to go out for a walk again. You won't know yourself!
The horses are gorgeous. And I love seeing the blossoms and the flowers. Spring in evidence everywhere.
I hope the coffee photos were recent and that you are able to have a coffee somewhere (albeit outside)
I love Ritter Sports, but it is usually too expensive for me (imported stuff is always expensive).
Have a lovely T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca
Thanks Lisca. No Cafés are open here, we are still in Lockdown. But tomorrow I get my first vaccination. Ritter Sport was on offer this week for 49 Cents, dangerous! Have a great week!
