This and that

Hi Everybody!

I made another piece (12" x 12") using fresh, summer colours and my fave dragonfly stamp. I have several different ones but this is the nicest from Laurenz and Morgan. The other stamps used are by Artemio, Hein Design and Tim Holtz. I am linking to Paint Party Friday, Simon Monday Challenge, summer fun, and Simon Wednesday challenge, fun in the sun. My idea of summer fun is to be outside, walking through the meadows by the river.

Ans I have another piece made with new, self-carved stamps:

Some photos taken this week along the Rhine and from my balcony:

This was a windy day, my hair didn't look better....poor magpie!

We just had 5 minutes of rain, but it was enough:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

  18. Such lovely art with the dragon flies.

The Rhine and surrounding area is looking lovely.
Must admit here in the UK some rain would be welcome … even the five minutes worth you had!

    All the best Jan

  20. Dragonflies are like little pieces of flying magic, aren't they? As old as I am, I still get excited when I see one. And that quote should be framed and hanging on the wall as a reminder to everyone who sees it... especially the young, when we waste sooooo much time doing... nothing.

I love that poor ruffled magpie. Hopefully, the wind blew away all of his mites. :)

    Have a wonderful weekend!
