Monday Post

Hi Everybody!
Happy new week!

This evening Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday link party will start, so here a warm welcome to all of the nice ladies of the T Gang who visit here! I have one of my painted breakfast scenes. This is an A3 page painted with acrylics, and is now hanging in the dining room of a friend:

I love to watch the beautiful sunrise every day from my balcony:

Some autumn views from 2017:

And almost last but not least, a beautiful moon:

Of course, coffee must be on the table:

Sorry, no chit-chat, I am still very exhausted.

Have a great day, take care
and thaks a lot for coming by!

  7. I am in LOVE with that painting. I can almost feel the texture. It is beautiful. Tea, coffee, and a bouquet of flowers. What more could any one ask for.

Your sunrises are stunning. Speaking of sunrise, you know you set your clock back next Sunday, which means you will set the time back on the 1st.

I almost forgot to thank you for sharing this incredible painting with us for T this week, dear Valerie.

    1. Thanks Elizabeth, glad you like it. I hate it when the clocks go back and we have so much darkness. I need the light and the sun! See you later at TsfT, hugs!

  8. Each time you show us another sunrise, I'm happy for you that your recovery is proceeding, and I'm glad you are patiently getting back to better health. It's lovely that you have such a clear view of the sky from your balcony. We love our trees, but they mean no sunrise view.

  12. See, I knew you were famous, Valerie. Your paintings adorn the walls of others and that's an impressive cachet! What a lucky lady she is. Not only does she enjoy the beauty of the art, she has a constant reminder of you when she sits down to eat each morning. Waking up with Valerie would be a fine thing. The sunrises from your balcony are always delightful, a time of day many fail to appreciate, and some never see. Yesterday Miriam and I went for a lovely walk in unseasonably warm autumn weather and on the way home picked up a bottle of wine, and I made arroz con pollo for dinner. It was so delicious I expect that chefs from South America will be wanting to know my secrets. I will tell them only if they purchase a painting from VJT (that's how you will be known from now on) for a substantial price. My commission will be a modest ten percent! Hugs and kisses - David

    1. Too funny! If I ever get famous you will be my agent! 10% is okay. It's warm here, too, not like the end of October. But some still say that the climate is not changing ! Your. Meal sounds delightful, you could have invited me! Have a great week, big hugs!

  18. Your tea painting is just darling and oh, those autumn images. You are maxing out the glorious color this year! I'm a little envious of your fungi -- I usually see a lot each year and this year -- not one single mushroom, even up north. I'm thinking dryness but I'm not sure.
