New challenge at Art Journal Journey - Seeing red

Hi Everybody!

Today we are starting a new challenge at Art journal Journey, and our lovely Erika, AKA BioArtGirl is our host, and has chosen
Seeing Red  
as her theme.
Erika is a talented and keen art journaler  and is looking forward to seeing how we all interpret her challenge.  The art doesn't have too be completely red, but it should be enough to support the theme. The challenge runs for the whole month, so you have plenty of time to join us.For more about the rules etc please see the AJJ Blog.

This evening we will be celebrating  Elizabeth's weekly link party where we share our drinks, so here a big welcome to all of the nice ladies of the T gang! This is the (messy) table in my room, with various drinks:

Weekend Post

Hi Everybody!

Here's wiahing us all a good weekend! Today I have pieces for 2 challenges to share. First off is a journal page for Mia's 'add a photo' challenge at AJJ. I combined 2 photos to makes this. The background is part of a photo of a grafitti wall in Brick Lane, London, which was sent to me by a friend. The 2nd photo was digitally cut out, leaving the lady sitting on the steps, which I placed in front of the wall. Quick and effective!

Sorry I'm not writing much just now, my fingers are still very shaky. When I get a new laptop I can add a speeech to text programme, and that will hopefully make things easier!
