T stands for This and ThaT

Hi Everybody!
Hope you have all enjoyed your weekend and are off to a good start this week.

Tuesday is always Elizabeth's T stands for Tuesday, so here a warm welcome to all the nice ladies of the T gang. There's still a whole week to make a tag for Wendy's  'landmarks' challenge at Tag Tuesday. I have a tag which is suitable for both. The Eiffel Tower and the Triumphal arch are in the background, but much more important, the girl is enjoying a huge cup of coffee with her croissant. I made the tag with elements from Serif on a hand-painted background:

We had lovely sunrises all week:

G came for breakfast and made plum pancakes - decadently delicious!

We had a trip to Krefeld, a neighbouring town, and saw this beautiful fountain which is called the 'Puppenbrunnen' - puppet fountain:

And of course, we found a place to sit under some shady trees and enjoy a drink - my coffee was served with a chocolate espresso bean:

One of the beautiful churches:

A pub sign:

My walks at the Rhine this week were cool and sometimes with rain-showers, just wonderful:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

It's weekend!

Hi Everybody!
It's weekend - enjoy!

Today I am sharing a spread from my journal. I used Jane Davenport stamps for the faces of my dolls and added the rest with Gelatos, water colours, ink pens and markers:

A winner, a face and a tag

Hi Everybody!

I have been enjoying the cooler weather here very much, and hope that your weather is good, too. Today I picked a name out of the hat to win the Jane Davenport stamp set. And the winner is........

Erika from BioArtGal

Congratulations Erika, and please contact me with your postal address so I can send you the stamps. I'm sorry I can't send a stamp set to each of the ladies who entered. But thanks for joining in!

Today I have another journal spread. I painted the face in shades of blue with some green, using Gelatos, Mermaid Markers and sharpies.  She looks like a mermaid again! The background was painted with water-colours, sprayed, spritzed, sprinkled and splattered. The stars were stenciled. I am linking to Simon Monday Challenge, sprinkled and splattered, and to Paint Party Friday:

And I have a digital tag for our landmarks challenge at Tag Tuesday. You can see Big Ben again and Nelson's Column, but for me the guards, buses and beefeaters are walking (rolling) landmarks! You still have plenty of time to join our challenge. I used elements from Serif:

There were more people and booths at the market now it's not so hot:

Some photos from my balcony. A lot of plants have started to recover and are enjoying the cooler and rainy weather:

And some sunrise photos:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
