Tuesday is also Elizabeth's T stands for Tuesday, so here a warm welcome to all of the nice ladies of the T gang. Last week my friend N celebrated her birthday, and baked the best ever, ever, ever chocolate, banana and walnut cake. My drink was coffee:

ReplyDeleteThat cake looks good enough to eat. Too bad there is none left for me (grin), but I probably don't need the calories. The service on the table is divine. Your friend knows how to put on a spread. Nice to see her coffee, too.

Great captures of the preety Mallard ducks,the cute pigeon and the Cormorant bird!
The last two pictures i think the birds are the Blue Tits! I saw many of them in The Hague!

That's a great new theme at TT Valerie. I must say I love your tag and you were a cute little lady, weren't you? ReplyDeleteYour tag is beautiful Valerie, i'm always in awe at these hybrid posts as I wish I had the understanding to create digitally too. The Birthday cake looks rather scrummy and full of those energising ingredients I crave at the moment, good choice of a coffee to partner it up on T Day!! Coffee & cake works hand in hand.

Oh how I love those Spring moods that are expressed so well in them! I note that the tag would be perfect for Jo's theme at AJJ but you don't seem to add projects there anymore.... ReplyDeleteI agree, that choc cake looks delicious. Photos taken with a phone often come out in mirror image, so I assume your friend is 64.

That pigeon photo is so good, so real, so alive, it almost looks like it can't be real! How in the world did you capture that? It's incredible and it should be on a card or poster or blown up big!
