Midweek post

Hi Everybody!

Just a quick post today, time has moved more quickly than I can!

I have a hybrid page today, put together in my digital programme using a hand painted background, one of my photos, and a quote from Albert Einstein. I am linking to Aimeslee's flowers challenge at AJJ:

Some photos taken today:

I went for a walk along the path next to the stream after I had visited Heike. It was peaceful, green and with lots of flowers:

The path on the way back is very narrow:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

T sTands for 2nd on the 2nd

Hi Everybody!

Today Is Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday, and also the 2nd on the 2nd, where we show posts which we showed some time in the past. I have combined both events here. I'm starting with some photos from 2009:

Here I have a demonstration of how to eat a chocolate muffin:

And now we're taking a jump to 2015:

Smiling coffee:

These photos were taken at a huge fleamarket we visited, situated in some old railway huts:

The café:

And this was a lucky photo opportunity, also from 2015. We heard a lot of noise and then looked up at the sky and saw the storks returning home from their winter holiday. I pointed my camera at the sky and made the most of the flyover:

Have a great day, take care,

New challenge at Art Journal Journey

Hi Everybody!

Happy Mayday, have a great new month!

Today we are starting  a new challenge at AJJ, and we have a lovely new host, Aimeslee Winans. Her blog is Paper paisleys Art Adventures , and her theme is

🌺🌻🌼flowers🌺🌻🌼

You can read why she chose this theme on our blog AJJ. And before I carry on, I want to thank our own Bleubeard and Elizabeth, who were responsible for our last challenge where we had fun recycling, repurposing and re-using.

For the flowers challenge I made a face surrounded by lots of flowers, and a little bird,  who flew onto the page and stayed there:

And I am sharing some photos from spring at Burg Linn, a castle on the other side of the Rhine:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
