Midweek Post

Hi Everybody!

Today I am sharing another version  of a piece made for Tam's 'Art, heart and healing' course. On the left side lots of negative thoughts were written down, 'cancelled' by being painted over, and replaced by a positive quote. I enjoyed doing this exercise. The feather, flowers and owl were stamped. I am also linking to Wendy's 'birds' challenge at AJJ:

And some more autumn impressions:

Tuesday's sunrise - The first photo is the last in the series, Blogger has been playing silly games again today, sorry!

New challenge at TIOT

 Hi Everybody!

Today we are starting a new challenge at TIOT.

Our theme this time is red and green, the traditional Christmas colours. Projects of all formats are welcome, and as always you have 2 weeks to link your creations to us. For more inspiration please see the creations of my teamies on our blog.

I made a hybrid piece, using elements from Serif:

And as always, I have some photos for you, taken at Baldeney See (Lake Baldeney) in October:

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

T sTands for This and That on Monday

Hi Everybody!

I was very relieved to hear the election news from the USA at the weekend. This has really given new hope to the world, and I am happy for all friends and family over the pond.

I am starting early with my T post as I have a busy day on Monday with various appointments.

I painted a crazy piece last week, don't ask me what it's all about, I don't know. I started it after spilling a lot of white paint over a background in my journal, and I doodled away to make the best of it. This is also my entry ticket for Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday and Wendy's 'birds' challenge at AJJ. And I would like to welcome all of the lovely ladies of the T Gang who visit here:

And a real cup of cappuccino:
