New challenge at TIOT and at Tag Tuesday

Today we are starting a new challenge at TIOT and our theme is Halloween. I have a hybrid journal page, made up of a painted background, some photos and digital elements. Remember to look at all the lovely pieces on our blog created by my teamies:

Our new theme at Tag Tuesday is autumn colours. Many thanks to Sandie for getting the post up and doing the admin until I can manage a bit more! The leaves here were cut from painted and embossed paper, the bead was hand made many moons ago!

Here's wishing us all a great new week. I am still struggling and need to rest a lot which means I can't do as much as I would like to , but I have to get used it for a while!

Weekend post

Hi Everybody!

Just a short post for the weekend.

This was a quick-drip page to make the trees and forest, then with added stick-ons and doodles. As you can see, little Red is having fun with the animals, I hope she doesn't pick any of those mushrooms for Granny. I think the wolf is lurking somewhere but not yet daring to show his face! This is meant for Elle's challenge at AJJ, tell me a story!

Thursday/Friday Post

Hi Everybody!

Hope your week is going well. I have been resting a lot, was able to take a few short walks, and am trying to regain my strength I just need some more patience....

Today I have a tag for Michele's spooky challenge at Tag Tuesday. This is a hybrid tag. The background is a painting of Stonehenge that I made myself a few years ago, with a photos of my balcony blackbird and some digital elements, including Freddy! The background paper is from Gecko Galz:

And I have a piece I started before I went into hospital after the FB taster lesson from Jennifer Bonneteau. Her painting was dreamy and beautiful, mine not quite so.... I painted my face over a mixed media page made some time back. I am linking to Elle's Tell me a story challenge at AJJ. My story is that the lady wakes up in a painting and can't find her body.... I used diluted acrylic paints and paint pens:
