T sTands for This, ThaT and The oTher

Hi Everybody!

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend and are feeling it and well to start the new week - have a good one!

This evening we will be starting Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday  link parTy, where we share news, beverages and more. Here a hearty welcome to all of the lovely ladies of the T Gang who visit here.

At the weekend I showed some pics of Zons, a little medieval town near here, which I visited 2 years ago along with Sabine of Artbee Art. As you know, sightseeing makes you hungry and thirsty, and we visited a wonderful garden-cafe. We passed by lots of signs for other restaurants before we found the perfect spot:

This is where we sat down and refreshed ourselves:

We had a small portion of waffles with strawberries and ice.....

Then we were able to do more sightseeing after fortifying ourselves:

Weekend Post

Hi Everybody!

Here's wishing you all a great weekend!

Today I am sharing 2 pieces made recently. The first is a mixed media floral collage, 8" x 8". The background was brayered with left over paint. The flowers and leaves were embossed with distress embossing powder. The bee was stamped, and I sewed the edges:

Today I am sharing some photos from a trip to Zons, a little medieval town on the other side of the Rhine. We visited 2 years back, before we had heard of Corona...Blogger has reversed the order of the photos, but they're still worth looking at!

This photo was taken on the Düsseldorf side of the Rhine, while we were waiting for the ferry to come over and collect us:
