Hi Everybody!
It's weekend - enjoy!
I have another mixed media A3 journal page. I gessoed the page, drew and painted the face, the roses were stenciled using red structure paste, and the butterfly, clock and quotes were stamped. I sprayed some red and green round the edges.
I was up very early today, and sat watching the dark sky grow light and the sun rising - always a very beautiful time

ReplyDeleteI don't have any stamps with sayings, so I was impressed with how you combined yours. Of course, the lovely lady caught my eye, but I thought the butterfly and clock were a single stamp until I read what you wrote. It was really special, the way you combined the two.
I have never heard of structure paste before, but the flowers turned out lovely.
I sure hope I've caught up, because I didn't think I'd ever get through these gorgeous posts. I read every word, inspect every photo, and take my time oohing and ahhing over everything I see. So now I can wish you a very happy weekend and thank you again for the lovely comments while I was out of town.
