Hi everybody!
Today is a new theme at Tag Tuesday, 'All the colours of the rainbow'.
I used a rainbow coloured background, onto which I placed Mary Poppins, (Loast Coast Designs), stamped with archival black and embossed with extra fine EP. I drew the houses and clouds with a stencil in white, and outlined Miss Mary, too. I added a few stars and the sentiment. I matted the tag with black scrap card, and mounted it onto some partly peeled and white-painted corrugated cardboard.
Today was cold, wet and windy, but I enjoyed my walks just the same.
I love the autumn veggies at the market:
I walked to Schloss Kalkum, this is the village street behind the castle walls:
The ghost was spooking around again:
The cormorant keeps watch on his post whatever the weather:
This evening the skies cleared enough to watch the moon rising:
And the clouds were blowing across the moon:
Have a great day you all, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!
Great use of the tag theme! Lovely moonrise you captured Valerie, wow.
ReplyDeleteWow Wow Wow. Love your rainbow creation Valerie. Wish I was not so frightened of bright colours. Love the look of those fabulous veggies. Wasn't the full October moon just beautiful last night. Have a Good Day. Hugs Rita xxx
ReplyDeleteLove your rainbow-bright tag. Great creation, and love that you have used Mary Poppins again. The photos are wonderful, such a beautiful moon. I love watching it, too, but here it was cloudy. Have a great day, hugs, Sarah
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tag Valerie-love the vibrancy you create in so many of your projects.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photographs as always and the veg look so tempting. Wish ours looked a good they are all shapes and sizes --they taste great though :)
Have a wonderful day
Love Chrissie x
The taste is the main thing!

DeleteFab moon pics Valerie, and your rainbow tag has brightened my day! I'm thinking of building an ark, it's been raining here for days! Xx
ReplyDeleteWould you take me with you??? We could make a Crafty Cruise....

YUM, the fresh vegetable stand looks so good...fresh and beautiful. Your 'over the rainbow' tag is super. I want the pot of gold found at the end, please.
ReplyDeleteSunny here today (Tuesday) and our WIFI was repaired and we are back and running again.
Hugs,
C
If I find that pot of gold, I will surely share it with you! Glad your wifi is up and running again!
DeleteEine tolle Regenbogen-Seite, die Mary Poppins gefällt mir immer besser. Ja, die Früchte des Herbstes mag ich auch sehr gerne :)
ReplyDeleteFabulous photos Valerie, love the night skies and the moon. Mary Poppins page is awesome, love the vibrant rainbow, how we all wish for that pot of gold.

What a colourful and joyful post, gorgeous, all of it!
ReplyDeleteMary looks so happy with her colorful rainbow! Love it! Great photos and that produce looks incredible. A good size pumpkin here is going for $10, not sure what that is in your currency at the moment. Enjoy the evening! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of those posts that I really don't know where to begin! I sue did enjoy all of your pictures especially of the market. I have been singing a song all day that goes perfectly with your night time photo - "Stagger Lee" - the night was dark and the moon was yellow and the leaves were falling down ...
ReplyDeleteYour tag is gorgeous with such colorful rainbow and once again you have a figure floating. Mary Poppins seems to be living in your head lately!
I am busy working on a Halloween paper bag album.
Here I go rattling on again!
