Hi Everybody!
Hope you all had a great week and staye safe. The awful pictures from Spain these past days have shocked us all, my heart goes out to all who are suffering.
Once again I am not able to upload pictures from my phone, except with rather roundabout and devious methods. As always I have a mix of paintings, funnies and sillies etc:
Thedse are ma faves today, painted after a lesson with the very talented Melanie Rivers:
Sorry, I still can't write much, my fingers are very shaky and I mostly hit the wrong keys! Apart from that I am getting along quite well!
Have a great weekend, take care,
And thanks a lot for coming by!

Oh no on your fingers Valerie. Nice art and thinkies -Christine cmlk79.blogspot.com

DeleteWonderful choices, especially the Zinn!! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI love David Zinn's art, I keep looking for his photos on Facebook. Have a happy November!
DeleteThe finger thing must be frustrating -- hope it levels out. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeanie. The fingers are always a bit shaky, but then I have phases - like now - where it gets worse. Have a great weekend and a happy November!
DeleteI empathise fully over the fingers, it is beyond frustrating, isn't it? Great artwork, I especially love Melanie Rivers, her work is so strong and interpretive. Have a great weekend! Hugs, Deb
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb! Melanie's art is always very inspiring! HUgs and happy November! Hugs!
DeleteI am very proficient, Valerie, at hitting the wrong keys and my fingers are not even shaky. I’d like to think it’s a unique talent I have, but I suspect it may be shared by many. So fear not, you are in good company. Your first face today is especially lovely, with hidden meaning, inner longing perhaps. Then there’s the funky Melanie Rivers-inspired woman. She looks like she would be fun to be with. There is a young boy, Roddie his name is, that I have been mentoring since he was five years old (he is now thirteen) and tonight I will be taking him down to Long Point on the north shore of Lake Erie in hopes of seeing Saw-whet Owl. We tried last year without success, so keep your shaky fingers crossed for us this year. Take good care. Hugs and kisses - David
ReplyDeleteGoing to look for an owl sounds really great, and I hope you see one with Roddie today. Typing was never really my thing, but yet it's a catastrophy. Have a great weekend, take care, have fun, hugs xxxxxxxxx
DeleteGreat art and thinkies, Valerie.
ReplyDeleteA happy November to you.
Thanks for linking to Art For Fun Friday.

DeleteHappy November Valerie. You have some great memes today; the religious one really speaks to me with our upcoming election next week and the abortion issue. I won't get into it here, but it is very sad when people feel their views must be everyone's views. And nice art too!!!. It's like visit a little online museum. Have a great weekend and start to the month. Glad you're doing well. hugs-Erika
