Hope your week is going well.
Today is the summer solstice, I was up bright and early
watching the sunrise on this magical day:
For Rosie's circles theme at Art Journal Journey, and Moo Mania, underwater, I made a hybrid piece, using images from me, Serif and Mischief Circus:
Butterflies are always magic for me, too:
Love the fairy dust on the wings:
It is still extremely hot here, but we have had some
lovely skies:
The flowers everywhere are in abundance:
I am mostly out in the early morning when nobody's about:
The shop windows have summer decorations:
On my way home:
This tractor-pulled coach was full of people off on
an outing, they were loud and happy even early in the morning:

Hello Dear Valerie, such gorgeous sunrise photos and the most beautiful flowers. I especially loved seeing the blue shuttered windows and their pretty florals. What fun to go on an outing in that coach! Thankyou for a delightful post :D)

ReplyDeleteDeine Fotostrecke ist auch wieder wunderbar, herrlich die Hortensien. Unsere sind noch nicht aufgeblüht,müssen sich erst vom Frostschaden erholen.

I noticed when I got home from walk today that my gardens are really blooming too. Its so excising to see all the shapes and colors. ReplyDeleteHope you're enjoying the sunny weather - wonder if you've had the heatwave that we have had - I will be glad when its cooler and I can think straight, get some sleep and not have to keep turning my boiling hot pc off too - ha ha I'll probably be moaning about it being winter soon.

Not sure how I got so very far behind, but I even missed the solstice. I'm trying to play catch up, and love the photos you shared today. What a long and beautiful day you experienced. LOVE the flowers and butterfly. As for the art, you really DID follow the magic.
