Dog's life or duck's life?

Hi Everybody!

Today I am sharing a tag made for Tag Tuesday,
'Autumn/Halloween.'
The image is a water-coloured tree, sewn to a piece of DP.
I added Jacko - my great Aunt's terrier many, many moons ago,
and gave him a witch's hat and broom. The bow is to remind
me of the bows I liked putting on his collar, which he always
ripped off - he was a little macho!
I am also linking to Simon Monday Challenge,
'It's a dog's life'

The photos were once again taken last week in Südpark:

Time to go - put your best foot forward!

Have a great day, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

  3. Jacko is adorable. So sweet of you to immortalize him. He makes a great witch's helper, too.

I LOVE that arch. I must be drawn to them. The ducks are adorable, and they were quite the hams, at least in your photos. I kept noticing the sky. I wonder if you went the day that Europe was on fire. Many of your photos have that orange glow. Hope you are enjoying your Saturday.

    1. There were no fires near here. The glow is perhaps from the orange leaves....

  8. Fun memory of Jacko. I bet your tied pink ribbons on him, too. :-D I just love the pictures from Südpark. The best foot forward duck is my favorite out of this batch. It reminds me of a sculpture in the Boston Public Gardens, Make Way for Ducklings. Based on a children's story that takes place in Boston. The first duckling, Jack, is in the same pose as your duck. http://www.boston-discovery-guide.com/make-way-for-ducklings.html If you visit the link, scroll to the bottom. Happy Saturday!

  11. It is a fabulous tag and the little dog looked so cute in the witches hat. I don't think Jacko would have been scary in real life, he looks adorable.
The autumn colours in your photos are lovely and the park seemed quite quiet, did you have to wait for the folk to get out of your camera shot.

  12. Hi Valerie, you've created a gorgeous tag in Fall colours and I can see from your beautiful photographs where you got your inspiration. The colours are not as vibrant here this year due to a very warm fall, but it's still nice :) I hope you are doing well, sorry I've been away from blogging for quite a while. Take good care, hugs xx

  22. You are in FULL FALL and it is Stunning there! The light was perfect in those shots, especially of the ducks. Oh, all of them!

Is Jocko a Jack Russell? He bears a great resemblance to Jack, my former dog, who was a JR and a real character!

  26. Wow - your watercolour tree is amazing, as are the real trees - what a glorious post from top to bottom. The trees here are really only just beginning to turn in colour, but my mother - who is driving from Czech Republic through Germany at the moment has been telling me how beautiful it is there right now. Thanks for sharing these fabulous photos.
