T sTands for sTeampunk and more

Hi Everybody!

Tuesday is always a busy day, so I'd better get
started without more ado.
At TIOT we are starting a new challenge
😎Steampunk😎

As always, you have 2 weeks to join us, and projects of
all formats are welcome. Looking forward to seeing you there!

I made a mixed media /hybrid piece. The original was painted,
collaged, stamped and stenciled. Then I added some digital elements
from Mischief Circus and me. This is the hybrid version. I am
also linking to Art Journal Journey, Rosie's lovely theme of circles:

And this is the basic version:

At Tag Tuesday you still have a week to link up your animal
creations. Michele has made another post to
inspire you there. I recreated a piece I made
some years ago from the photos I had. The BG was stamped with
Paper Artsy stamps, the leopard and clock are from
LaBlanche.  The chandelier is a rub-on from a pack of Xmas
embellishments.
Once again I sewed all the layers together.
I am also linking to creative artiste, anything goes

Tuesday is also Elizabeth's T stands for Tuesday Party.
This is the little market by the Rhine which opens
every Wednesday:

And this is a coffee-bike - wonderful invention!
And the coffee is made cup for cup with an espresso
machine and tastes
wonderful:

As you can imagine, this is a place I enjoy stopping at!

And at home there's always cappuccino and this week
I can offer you some lemon cake:

It is a pleasure to see all the flowers blooming just now:

This is the view from the end of our road towards the tram stop:

Lots of people plant flowers in the earth around the trees
along the road:

And I had to admire this wonderful balcony:

!
Have a great day, take care,
and thank a lot for coming by

  8. I really enjoyed the steampunk entry for TioT. It is wonderful in both the original and altered. I also enjoyed your tag because the leopard may well be able to change his spots under your artful ability.

The flowers were simply perfect and I think that balcony is one I would LOVE to have. Lots of color and beautiful hangings.

Of course, the Coffee Bike is fabulous. Needless to say, I've never seen anything like it before. No wonder you like to visit there.

Your lemon cake and cappuccino are simply out of this world. It's a good thing I just ate, because I am already tempted. Thanks for sharing the cake and cappuccino, along with the Coffee Bike and your art with us for T this Tuesday. I LOVE that bike!

  21. I really love the steampunk scissors you created on your page. And the clock next to the leopard with the jeweled eye makes me wonder if the leopard can change his spots before time runs out.

I enjoyed visiting the quaint, cobblestone pedistrian market. And thank you for sharing the sunshine and beautiful flowers. Today is another rainy day for us and we are expected to set a record for coldest daytime temps in June.

Your lemon cake is sunshine on a plate. I love your blue and white dishes, I think I told you this before. The cow peeking over the lemon tray made me smile and is that a black cat on the flower pot? Happy T Day!

  22. First of all, you really do wonderful steampunk. I love both of these -- your layering is really nice -- just enough.

And oh, that market! I'd love going there. And I'd especially love your beautiful lemon cake. That tray is fabulous and it just looks so pretty and delicious!

  36. Beautiful post again ♥ The steampunk art is amazing and I love what you did with the tag too ♥♥♥ The Coffee Bike is a BRILLIANT idea and you'd find me there too. Then there is all of those beautiful flowers. I'd love to just transplant them to my yard but that may be a bit difficult :) I'm down with my back again and had to have and emergency injection yesterday morning . Which is why I didn't post for "T" day. It hit me Monday afternoon like a building fell on me. Feeling much better today but still taking it super easy... so it looks like I'll be hiring the gardening helper for a couple of days. I still need lots of mulching done.
