Today we are starting a new challenge at Moo Mania and More
-favourite images or stamps-
As usual projects of all formats are welcome, and you have 2 weeks to get your creative juices flowing and join up with us - hope to see you there!
I have a hybrid piece, made from a painted background, some stamped and textured images, my head drawing, and other photos taken here, all digitally combined to a collage.
I am also linking to Art Journal Journey, collage.
And I have a second hybrid collage with a face, which I am also linking to Art Journal Journey and 99 faces
For Wen's 'simply neutrals' I made a collage using photos of lace and ice on puddles.
And last but not least, today is "2nd on the 2nd" at Elizabeth's.

ReplyDeleteBoth of your new collages are wonderful. Very impressive. And of course, I always love the beauty of your neutral collages. It's amazing what you can do with these. But of course, I was thrilled that you were able to share another collage made from an older entry (the face). It is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYour town looks much better than mine did on Sunday. In fact, I wasn't sure I'd be able to go on Monday, because the ice was so thick on everything. Lots of power outages, but not in my neighborhood for once. Thankfully the road crews were out early and made sure the roads were driveable once the temperature got above freezing.
Thanks for sharing your lovely photos (love the one with the boy in the window), your gorgeous collages, and your Second on the 2nd this month.

ReplyDeleteFor some reason I seriously love your neutral collages.
Maybe because they give the eye a rest from colour.
Maybe because of the images you use, love your idea of combining lace, ice and puddles in an artwork, that must definitely be an original first.
And wouldn't I love to browse in these shops with a teddy, shoes and a sheep.

ReplyDeleteich muss mein schatz gesund pflegen,der liegt flach mit einer grippe,hab heute ganz früh schon medis besorgt in der apotheke,jetzt schläft er und ich halt händchen.
heute nacht hab ich schon die zweite doppelseiten collage gemacht,ich scanne es nachher mal hoch.
