A bright head

Hi Everybody!

Just a quick post this evening, the day has run away from me again!

For Art Journal Journey, favourite poem or quote, I made another page using one of 'my' heads - I have heads in all sizes! I made a torn paper background, which I lightly gessoed so as not to completely conceal the underlying text. I used lots of Gelatos to let my head shine. The quote is from Katrina Mayer.

I bound another 10 journal pages using a thermal binder

We had a wonderful sunrise and warm and sunny day:

The crow who likes to sneak in and eat the fat balls tried to hide in the tree again when he saw me!

Have a great day you all, take care,
and thanks a lot for coming by!

  5. Oh I love the lady who lost her head - but she looks quite at ease with it. It's a really fun page with a serious message which I will think about! Great background too.
Great photos of the sunrise, what a great view you have.

    1. Yes, that crow is funny! It was just hiding behind my gorse bush, and kept peeking through the flowers to see if I was still there!
