Snow and more

Hi Everybody!

I'm happy to say that I am back home. It's good to be here, but it took ages to get a taxi because we had snow this morning, and it was cold and slippery outside. The taxi driver was an angel and carried all of my luggage up to my apartment, which was great. I took these pics while I was waiting for the taxi:

Birds of a feather

 Hi Everybody!

Short post today, got  a lot on my plate!

These tags were once a sheet of paper on which I made a quick bird painting with water colours. Our new challenge at Tag Tuesday is birds, so I  cut the tags from the page and made a duo of tags. Then I put both of them onto a black background, 8x8" and ade them into a journal page, which I am linking to my anything goes challenge at AJJ:

T sTands for Tuesday on Monday

Hi Everybody!

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend, and that we all have a good, new week.

Today I am sharing an A3 acrylic piece meant for my anything goes challenge at AJJ and for Elizabeth's T sTands for Tuesday link party which begins this evening. Welcome to all the nice ladies of the T Gang! The photos here are bad, I took them with my phone in the evening just using my desk light, but you can see Coffeecat, and that's the main thing!

This is the pub/restaurant where we usually eat. This time we sat inside, or we would have frozen:

I had a busy week at the clinic, was home at the weekend, and will be leaving the clinic on Wednesday. It's been a long time, but the days have flown by. I'm looking forward to getting back to normal, whatever that meansns in this crazy world.

Picatso

Hi Everybody!

It's weekend, enjoy!

Today I am sharing another piece for my anything goes challenge at AJJ

Allow me to introduce you to Picatso, a tough guy cat from the city streets who always gets his way. He reminded me of Macavity, a poem we learned at school, and I wrote a few lines on the page. the poem is from T.S. Elliott, and you can read it here. Picatso doesn't look like Macavity, but he behaves like him!
